== Cos'è un Media? == 
Un Media è un elemento multimediale all'interno di un [[POI]].


Possiamo immaginarci il POI come un libro illustrato.
Il racconto è composto da foto o video accompagnati da brevi testi di una o due frasi.


Le pagine di questo libro – che sono i Media e le News – devono essere ordinate in Capitoli (Contesto, Storia, Racconti, ecc.) in modo da ottenere un discorso interessante e strutturato.

Argomento o breve frase o parola che descrive l'immagine o il video presentati.


Il titolo compare nella scheda del POI in sequenza con altri titoli dei Media, in modo da costruire una sorta di indice del racconto complessivo del POI.
Per ottenere l'effetto di svolgimento del racconto del POI, a partire dal titolo dei Media, occorre tener conto dell'ordine obbligatorio dei Capitoli (vedi #Capitoli) e della possibilità di ordinare i Media entro ciascun capitolo (vedi #Ordina nel Capitolo).

Suddivisione per organizzare il racconto del POI, analoga alla strutturazione di un libro in capitoli.


Per consentire uno svolgimento ordinato del racconto del POI, i Media vengono attribuiti a Capitoli già predisposti: News, Presentazione, Contesto, Luoghi, Storia, Architettura, Progetti, Eventi, Particolari, Racconti, Materiale aggiunto.
I capitoli hanno un ordine di presentazione predefinito, i Media invece si possono ordinare all'interno del capitolo (vedi #Ordina nel Capitolo).
L'inserimento del Media nel Capitolo è obbligatorio se si è scelto che il POI sia organizzato per capitoli (vedi Guida alla compilazione del POI: Tipi di visualizzazione).

Nome del POI entro cui il Media o la News si inserisce


Associazione obbligatoria del Media al POI di riferimento. Un Media o una News può essere associato a più di un POI.

Testo associato all'immagine o al video.


Il contenuto deve fare riferimento all'immagine o al video, tenendo conto che andrà letto come un paragrafo del racconto complessivo del POI. Ogni testo deve spiegare come il Media o la News aggiunga qualcosa di specifico al racconto complessivo, evitando ripetizioni e approfondimenti troppo specialistici (per questi occorre inserire dei link a siti dedicati).


Lunghezza consigliata 500 caratteri spazi inclusi. Massimo 800 caratteri.

Il File multimediale è il contenuto fondamentale dei Media e delle News.


Se si tratta di un'immagine, un video, un file audio, un testo in PDF, utilizzare il pulsante Carica Media che apre un'apposita finestra di inserimento. Se si vuole invece utilizzare un video da YouTube occorre utilizzare l'apposito codice di sharing generato da YouTube. Attraverso la funzione "Carica anteprima" si può aggiungere un'immagine come anteprima di un video.

Scegliendo "In Slideshow" si inserisce un Media aggiuntivo, che non partecipa in modo essenziale al racconto del POI, anche senza testo di accompagnamento; nella scheda del POI compare in una carrellata in fondo al capitolo, con una piccola immagine di anteprima.

Citazione della provenienza del file multimediale.


Contiene l'URL e la data di consultazione se la provenienza è il web, le referenze bibliografiche se la provenienza è cartacea.

=== Autori (Cognome Nome) === 


Cognomi e nomi degli autori del file multimediale, necessario se noto e rilevante, sempre da citare se chiaramente indicato alla fonte. Se il file multimediale è prodotto in proprio si inserisce il proprio cognome e nome.

Detentore del diritto d'autore (ente o persona) se noto (p. es. Museo Torino).

La Redazione di AtlasFor si riserva di rimuovere (classificandolo come "bozza" e avvisando l'operatore redattore) ogni materiale contrario agli obiettivi e allo stile che sono posti alla base di Landscapefor.

==== Ordina nel capitolo ==== 


Possibilità di gestire l'ordine di presentazione dei Media all’interno dei singoli Capitoli.


Aprendo la lista Media corrispondente al POI è visualizzata una vista a tabulato con tutti i Media contenuti. Nella colonna "capitolo" di ogni Media vi è un link in blu con la scritta "Ordina in...". Cliccando sul link viene aperta la pagina del capitolo corrispondente, in cui si possono trascinare i Media (drag-and-drop) per ottenere l'ordine desiderato. Alla fine dell'operazione è necessario salvare il riordino.

=== Archivi === 


Tema che raggruppa i POI che ad esso fanno riferimento e consente di selezionarli in mappa e in lista


Per gli operatori l’archivio è predefinito e non può essere modificato.
Gli operatori esperti possono attribuire un POI ad ulteriori archivi tra quelli suggeriti in lista, consentendo quindi una selezione sulla base di diversi tematismi.
Di norma, l'Archivio associato al Media è il medesimo del POI di riferimento, anche se è possibile attribuire il Media anche ad un archivio differente.

A Media is a multimedia element inside the [[POI/en]].

We can imagine the POI as a picture book.
The storytelling is composed of photos or videos with brief captions.

The pages of this book - Media and News - must be ordered in Chapters (Context, History, Architecture, etc.) in order to obtain an interesting and effective story.

Subdivision to organize the story of the POI, equal to the organization of the chapters of a book.

To create an ordered storytelling of the POI, Media are assigned to established Chapters: News, Presentation, Context, Places, History, Architecture, Projects, events, Details, Stories, Extra materials.
The order of the Chapters is fixed, Media, instead, could be organized inside the chapters (see POI guide: Types of visualization).

Draft: still not complete, available for modifications and integrations. Drafts are visible only in List, not on Atlas from the authorized group work.

Ready: writing complete. Further modifications are possible. Media schedules are visible both on List and on Atlas for the authorized group work.

Public: verified schedule, immediately visible from all the users on Atlas.

In every case, not saved materials will not be registered and will be lost.

The AtlasFor Staff reserves the right to remove any material (classifying as a draft and warning the author) which goes against target and stile at the basis of Landscapefor.

==== Order in chapters ====

You can choose the order in which present your Media inside each chapter.

Following the link, you will see a table with all the Media included in the chapter. You can drag the Media (drag-and-drop) to obtain the intended order.
At the end of the operation, you have to save the new order.

=== Archives ===

A theme which unites all the POI referred to. It allows you to select them in the map or in the list.

For the operators the archive is predefined and it can not be modified.
Expert users can attribute a POI to different archives between the ones suggested on the list, allowing in this way a selection on the basis of different themes.
Usually, Media archive is the same of the POI referred to, even if it is possible to attribute to Media different archives.

=== Personal Notes ===

Space for personal notes, as a reminder or to share ideas with the members of the working group.

=== Review ===

Space reserved to the AtlasFor Staff. It is used to indicate to operators eventual corrections or insights, necessary for the publication of the POI.

We can imagine the POI as a picture book.
The storytelling is composed of photos or videos with brief captions.

The pages of this book - Media and News - must be ordered in Chapters (Context, History, Architecture, etc.) in order to obtain an interesting and effective story.
